What does ISO 9001:2008 certificate means to us?

Everything!

We never thought that getting ISO9001 certificate was this hard and tedious. Spending time to be more organize and systematic is not what we normally do. Finally, we got it, and it is very special to every single individual in the company because of all the hard work and additional commitment, NubexTM management system is now internationally recognized.

As mentioned in the previous post, by having a good system (both on the operation side as well as the management side) ultimately, the result would be the increase in customer satisfaction rating. Our constant and ultimate aim is to have you, our dearest customers, be more comfortable and happy when doing any kind of transaction with us resulting from a good management system that we adapt from the ISO standard.

Of course this doesn't mean that we are free from any mistakes. Should it happens to you, please let us know ASAP. You have a lot of channels to get your message across. We won't do anything to jeorpadize your relationship with us. Customer first, wife second!

What does everybody want when buying a product? The answer is simple, the best deal! You want a good product at a good price, that is what best deal is, isn't it? When it comes to buy gold and silver, this is not an exception. From one goldsmith shop to another, luring customers with best pricing is always the main strategy. The real concern is, whether or not customers are getting the "best deal"that you would have thought you get.

In the short video below, Ron Paul explains the properties of gold and silver that led humanity to spontaneously and naturally select them as money. Because gold and silver are rare elements, the rate at which the supply increases is limited. This limit to supply is what separates currency from money. Currency is everything money is, except a store of value over a long period. That is the difference between currency and money. Money is a stable store of value and maintains consistent purchasing power over time. But how does money conserve value and maintain a consistent purchasing power considering the world’s growing populations and economic activity over time?
