Let’s face it, we are not perfect. Though we strive to serve you the best, there are circumstances when your need are not attended to. When this happen, the most efficient way for you to do is to submit a ticket.
Now, what is a ticket? And how do you submit? Ticket is basically a mean for you to inform us of any request, complaint, inquiry, etc, that will be for sure be attended to until you are satisfied with the answers. It is very much different from normal email, when most of the times, we failed to keep track all of them. A ticket can be simply sent by sending an email to either support@nubex.com.my (For general inquiry, complaint, request, etc) and billing@nubex.com.my for payment notification.
For your information, we have subscribed this service from the award winning Support Ticket System, Zendesk Inc. We have selected the best in the market just for you. Once your email is submitted you will be notified by Zendesk of a ticket number as a reference.
In our system, your ticket is classified as “Open”. It will remain in this status we act on it. So you can be rest assured that all your needs will be attended to. Depending on the type and classification of your inquiry, a specific department will be notified and follow-up.
Everytime we answer your request, the status will be changed (either "Solved" or "Pending"). If you think that the answer given does not really answer your question, just simply reply back the email, the status will be automatically changed to "Open" in our system.
If your status is still "Pending" it means that we are either waiting for your response, or we still owe you an explanation which could not be given at that moment.
How do you keep track of all your tickets? Looking through all the emails could be time consuming, isn't it? So why don't you log yourself in at www.nubex.zendesk.com. If this is your first time coming into this site, you will need to create a password. Your username i.e. your email which you use to send the ticket to us, has already been registered. To make things much easier, you can also log in using your Facebook, Twitter or Gmail account. Pretty convenient isn't it!
Once you are logged in, you will have a few options to choose from. You can see there is a tab "Check Your Existing Request". Click on this tab to check all your ticket status.
